The practice of medical professions is subject to an authorisation to practise by the Ministry of Health – ministère de la Santé.
Applicants are required to contact the officials of the Ministry of Health – ministère de la Santé – first (email: professions.medicales@ms.etat.lu), in order to inquire about the precise administrative steps to be undertaken.
Should a recognition of professional qualifications be deemed necessary by the officials of the Ministry of Health, then the applicants can contact the ministry of Research and Higher Eductation – ministère de la Recherche et de l'Enseignement supérieur - to obtain the application form (email: rqpmed@mesr.etat.lu).
